The vineyards are located at an altitude of 118 metres, 18 km from the coast. An Albariza Barajuela soil with a relatively high clay content. The grapes undergo an eight hour asoleo (drying in the sun). Fermentation in botas, without temperature control and with autochthonous, wild yeasts.
