Casoni 1814 l'Aperitivo ROSSCELLAR one of which is 35A bittersweet Italian aperitif predating Campari by half a century, crafted in Modena tradition since 1814. Cold extraction of botanicals creates a rosy bright spirit with delicate floral notes and a faint grapefruit like bitternesssimilar to Aperol but more complex and elegant. This 15% ABV spirit is perfect for the hour before dinner, in a spritz, or simply over ice.
