Domaine Jean Michel Giboulot Beaune Clos du Roi 1er Cru 2021 chateau-du-cedre Château Petit-Village’s exceptional terroir allowedLocated in Savigny ls Beaune, north of the Cte de Beaune, Domaine Jean Michel Giboulot has 12 hectares of vines in the finest appellations (Beaune 1er Cru, Pommard, Savigny 1er Cru, Savigny ls Beaune, Savigny ls Beaune 1er Cru, with a majority of Pinot Noir). The vines are organically grown. The vinification is traditional with little intervention from the winemaker, using stainless steel and wood, and controlled temperatures. A well known climate
