A tropical fruit basket presents itself on the nose. Passionfruit and grapefruit are particularly effective on the palate. The slight interplay between sweetness and acidity gives the wine a pleasant freshness and fruit. Try with sushi or salmon with wasabi and ginger. Or Tarte Tartin for dessert.
