Domaine Giachino Vin de Savoie Monfarina 2022 050526OFFER Hand-harvested and barrel-aged for 10-12Frdric and David Giachino farm 15 hectares in Savoie under full organic and biodynamic certification, working alpine slopes around Mont Granier. Monfarina, named for a traditional Piedmontese dance, is their flagship white: roughly 70% Jacqure with Verdesse (~20%) and Mondeuse Blanche (~10%), made without added sulfites. It captures everything we love about mountain whites, brisk acidity, transparent fruit, and a saline pull from the limestone scree.
