Empire Gas Furnace Air Inlet Vent Tube Extension Kit prairie-oak Designed for use with 54"Empire direct vent wall furnace can be installed on an exterior wall. It uses outside air and vents directly through the wall. If you have walls that are between 13 and 19 inches thick, you may need this extension if you are installing an air inlet for your gas furnace because the supplied part may not be long enough.
