The 2023 vintage brings a bit more lift and crunch, thanks to a cooler season and careful handling in the cellar. Fruit comes from the Pisa subregion, hand picked and wild fermented with some whole bunches in the mix. Its aged in older oak, so the focus stays on the fruit red
