Stay Tuff Drill Chuck 9 ga. Gates You do not need toTo use the StayTuff Drill Chuck place your StayTuff Post Clip around the fence and the steel fence post. The two tails of the clips are then inserted into the drill chuck. The chuck then twists the tails tightly to the steel fence post.
