Domaine Genot-Boulanger Mercurey 1er Cru En Sazenay 2017 champagne-template ExceptionalGnot Boulanger is run by Aude and Guillaume Lavolle, who farm organically with biodynamic influence and work each parcel with a horse drawn plough, with new oak capped at 15%. Mercurey is the heart of the domaine, where Aude's ancestor Charles Henri Gnot first broke a 20 generation pharmacist family chain when he founded the domaine in 1974. The 1er Cru En Sazenay sits on a well positioned east facing slope in the Cte Chalonnaise. The 2017 vintage is
