Domaine Marc Sorrel Sorrel Hermitage Blanc Les Rocoules 2023 fonte-cal this is pretty much everythingLes Rocoules is a single vineyard, planted on limestone soils in 1926 with 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne. The 2023 is stunning, with an incredibly expressive nose of stone fruit and fresh apricot all held together by a tight, mineral backbone. The palate is full of beautiful fleshy, yellow peach fruit, all fresh and pure with a twist of Cape Gooseberry on the long, mouthwatering, exceptionally balanced finish.
