Fallen Giants 'Black Range' Shiraz 2021 Size::12 Bottle Case and this Cru Classé wasFrom our single vineyard planted in 1969 on the eastern slopes of the Grampians. A nice even year with little in the way of heat spikes in the region. The Shiraz was hand picked in April, then fermented in traditional open fermenters with hand plunging twice a day. The wine was pressed off to barrel where it matured in French oak (20% new) for 14 months before bottling. This single vineyard Shiraz has great concentration with hints of blueberry, dark
