The dosage is 12 gms/L with a natural acidity of 7 gms/L

16 to 18 months ageing in new oak casks

The elegant structure is perfectly tempered with filmy tannins flowing seamlessly with lifting freshness

Then we go into a world already more standard to expectations. Sweet spices (cinnamon and ginger), dried fruits with grapes, nuts, some citrus peels. We find a malty and slightly grassy side, then we find a buttery tone. All this being perfectly surrounded by a present but subtle oily peat. A saline side also emerges.
