this wine is full of citrus and peachy characters with a long finish brought about by gentle acidity

then fermented in French oak barrels using native yeasts

Fermented in stainless steel tanks with aromatic yeast at lower temperatures (mid-teens) then letting the temperature to rise late in ferment to produce some thiol aromatics for complexity

which rounds out the tannins and creates a harmonious wine with impressive elegance
