Rather than champion a particular variety, the fellas at Deep Down are championing the beautiful region they make wine in Marlborough. The result is a harmonious dry white with pretty florals, green apple and stonefruit aromatics, a supple palate and fresh, balanced acidity. It happens to be made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, but no variety shouts out excessively. Weve
