Coyote Tactical Assault Panel with Harness shirts for those little extrasThe coyote tactical assault panel (TAP) is an adaptable combat ready platform intended to replace the Fighting Load Carrier (FLC) system. It is designed for use with a chest rig and be fully compatible with the Improved Outer Tactical Vest (IOTV), Releasable Body Armor Vest (RBAV) and Modular Body Armor Vest (MBAV) currently in use by military operators. Since the TAP is attached only to the front panel, it retains its quick release function and gives
