Finally, Margaux Le Paih Guerin found the inspiration for this unique note. After that, everything became clear and reminiscent of the Tarte Tatin. The aromas of roasted apples and cinnamon sticks melted into the puff pastry, while caramel, almonds and vanilla combined to create powerful flavours that lingered into the evening. Jany , Antoine
